We specialize in palletizing and crating of very large, heavy products. With experience in crating large 5-ton engines, fragile toilets/sinks, lengthy 50' communication towers, down to 2'x2' rubber mats, no job is too large, nor small, for us to take on. We know the disappointment when customers put their hard-earned money into purchasing goods, track it eagerly, only to be distraught when the product shows up damaged, or completely destroyed! This disappointment usually falls on the business selling the product, not the transportation company moving it, and this is unacceptable. Our design and build team have our customers product in mind, and this is proven, throughout the entire process. Communication is of the utmost importance when designing pallets and crates for our customers, especially when they need to be completely protected from the elements and safe from human error during transportation.
In most cases, once a customer contacts us and our service requested, we are on site to review and measure the product needed to be palletized or crated, free of charge. We value our customers needs and listen to what they want and what is expected, such as delivering on time, every time, without excuses. Communication and transparency are KEY in this process!
